Lindsay Donaruma (Title 1)

Lindsay Donaruma was born and raised in Rustburg, Virginia. She grew up attending Campbell County Schools. She attended Yellow Branch as a child and was a graduate of Rustburg High School. She attended Liberty University where she graduated with her Bachelor's in Education and Master's in Reading. She taught Kindergarten for 16 years and 1st grade for 1 year. This is her second year as a Title 1 Teacher. She has a  daughter, Autumn, and a son, Dominic. Mrs. Donaruma and her husband reside in Lynchburg with their two children, Autumn and Dominic. When she's not teaching, she enjoys traveling, reading, going to the beach and pool, and most importantly spending time with her family. She loves watching her son play sports and her daughter perform in plays. She wanted to be a teacher ever since she was little and always had a passion to teach reading which she is now fulfilling as a Title 1 Teacher.  


Amanda Knoepp (Title 1)

Amanda Knoepp just started her 19th year of teaching. She has been teaching Title I for the past 9 years. She received her undergraduate in Education from UNC at Greensboro and received her Masters in Reading at the University of Lynchburg. She enjoys spending time with her family and being out on the ball field. She grew up in North Carolina and moved here to be with her husband, Dave. She has two kids, her stepson David and daughter Ellie 



Brandy Phillips(Title 1)

Mrs. Phillips taught Kindergarten for 8 years, then became a stay at home mom until recently when she became a Title I teacher. This is her third year as a part-time Title I teacher at Yellow Branch.  She grew up in Forest, VA and graduated from Longwood University.  She is married to her husband, Daniel and has two boys, Ben and Lucas.  She loves spending time with her family and reading is her favorite hobby.
